Florence and Abroad Agency Fees
The agency fees, including taxes, are calculated according to the total rental period as follows:

There is a minimum 100 Euro fee for all rentals.
Agency fees for colleges/institutions, companies, and individual property sales are decided upon with each client based on the type of transaction carried out.
